Vehicles dropped off for detailing between 9:00am and 10:00am, will be done the same day.  You will receive verification when your vehicle is complete.  Last pickup will be no later than 5:00pm. Vehicles picked up after 5:00pm must be agreed upon with management, pre-paid in advance, otherwise arrangements will need to be made for next day pickup.  You can drop off your vehicle the night before, and leave the keys in our drop box next to our mailbox on the North side of the showroom.  We will call you in the morning to go over your vehicle, service options and final cost.  If the date you are trying to reserve does not show any openings,  please call 216-739-9400 to see if we have any cancellations or changes in schedule.
 
Vehicles that are dropped off after 11am will be ready for pickup the next business day.  Management will call you when your vehicle is ready.
